In winter, you can ski directly from the apartment complex via a prepared path to the ski slopes (52 kilometers of slopes in a snow-reliable and family-friendly ski area). As an alternative, you can of course also go ski touring or hike with snowshoes.
A ski and snowboard school with rental and included sports shop is located directly at the Kanzelbahn.
In summer, the mountain invites you to go hiking and walking (easily hiked, paved hiking and themed trails, some of which are barrier-free for strollers), Nordic walking (trails with different levels of difficulty), paragliding (special thermals, beautiful panorama), model flying and mountain biking.
